Let’s face it. The toxic relationships between Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne, on the one hand, and County Council and County Prosecutor Mike O’Malley on the other are key reasons county voters are seeing three Cuyahoga County charter changes on their ballots. That’s actually in itself a good reason to vote “Yes” on all three.
