FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — Fishers Event Center is serving up a new taste of Indiana this fall with more than 25 new menu items featuring locally sourced ingredients and partnerships with Hoosier businesses.
The seasonal menu is designed to give guests a more elevated food experience while showcasing Indiana-made products. The venue serves more than 20,000 guests throughout the year during concerts, hockey games, comedy shows and other events.
Among the featured dishes are the Fischer Farms BBQ Bologna Sandwich, Hot Honey Chicken & Mac Bubble Waffle and Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese.
“We’re excited to bring these locally sourced flavors to our guests,” said Josh Vaught, director of food and beverage at Fishers Event Center. “This menu celebrates Indiana’s culinary talent and gives our community a taste of home.”
Executive Chef Casey Thomas worked with local suppliers to develop dishes that highlight Indiana flavors and ingredients.
“Working with Fischer Farms, Old Major Sausage and other Indiana businesses allows us to support our neighbors while delivering exceptional quality,” Thomas said.
The Fischer Farms BBQ Bologna Sandwich features shaved all-beef bologna from Fischer Farms in San Anthony, Indiana. The bologna is caramelized and tossed in house-made barbecue sauce, then topped with creamy house-made coleslaw.
The Hot Honey Chicken & Mac Bubble Waffle combines a house-made bubble waffle with smoked Gouda mac and cheese, fresh-breaded chopped chicken tenders and house-made hot honey.

Fishers Event Center worked with several Indiana businesses as part of its fall menu development, including Fischer Farms in San Anthony, Old Major Sausage, Scoop Shack Ice Cream and Ben’s Pretzels.
The venue also selected a custom bourbon barrel through Buffalo Trace for its beverage offerings.
The food and beverage team spent three to four months developing and testing the new dishes before adding them to the menu.
Fishers Event Center features concession stands as well as premium dining options for suite-level guests.
The venue’s fall menu will be available during events throughout the season.
“We want to make Fishers Event Center a culinary destination,” Vaught said. “When people come here, they know they’re getting elevated food experiences beyond typical arena fare.”
